Some social media influencers have been criticised for bragging about claiming disability benefits for conditions like ADHD. Do you think the current system is being abused and what needs to change?

00:00Yeah, definitely. I think there's definitely a wave of people because of the way that media

00:09and technology has impacted our lives that are coming with new ADHD diagnosis recently.

00:15I think there needs to be more implementation within schools, universities and just like

00:19doctors that you don't need to, you know, get that level. You can have that help all

00:24throughout so you never feel like you have to have that diagnosis. But I think, of course,

00:29some people need it, but I think it's definitely being abused a bit.

00:32I didn't know anything about that, but if they are, then yeah, it is obviously being

00:36abused and then more money's being taken away from people that actually need it. So yeah,

00:40that is a problem.

00:42Not really. Maybe there needs to be more direction with diagnosis and stuff like that and a bit

00:51more specific instead of broadening the range for diagnosis, I think, maybe.
