00:14So it's like for us actors also it's the same thing, you know, if we put up some pictures

00:19on social media, it's not like that everybody will talk good about you, people will body

00:23shame you, people will talk shit about you, people will be cursing, abusing the shit out

00:27of you.

00:28Same thing is for a character that you portray on screen also, you know, it's not like everybody

00:32is going to accept the way you are or everybody is going to like the character that you are

00:38portraying.

00:39So it doesn't work like that.

00:40So it's okay.

00:41I mean, there are pros and cons, there are ups and downs.

00:44Some will like you, some will not like you and you just have to accept and move on.

00:52By being real, honestly, by being real, by being myself.

00:58I don't mind portraying a character, like I've always said, Kangana Ranaut in fashion

01:08has been a major inspiration for me.

01:10I would love to portray something like that.

01:12I would love to portray a strong, fasty, independent woman.

01:34So I don't mind portraying such kind of strong, empowered woman ka character also.

01:45Lesson that I have taken is not to trust people and not to be too nice and kind to people

01:54who doesn't deserve your niceness and kindness.

01:56Simple, period.

01:57Matlab yeh toh maine, main actually, matlab koi mein se pyaar se baat karte toh I'm like

02:01haan theek hai, chhodo.

02:02Koi sorry bol de toh I'm like, haan chhodo, bhool jao.

02:05Okay, let's move on and go on in life.

02:07This is something that I have learned from my dad.

02:09Aur over a period of time, mujhe aisa lagta hai ki is industry mein, yeh bilkul bhi nahi

02:14chalta hai ki jaha pe log sorry bole and you think ki, achha chhodo yaar, chalo, it's okay,

02:18let's move on wala zone.

02:19Because then people think that you're vulnerable and they can just walk over you.

02:25It's not scripted, but situations and tasks sometimes are such that it makes you do certain

02:37things.

02:38Like, your actions are always questioned.

02:41Like, today, if I'm friend with you, and if I'm supporting you in a certain, in a certain

02:46scenario, then also I'll be questioned ki aapne unko kyu support kiya aur aap agar kuch

02:52support nahi kiya, toh bhi main question kiye jaungi ki aap toh inke dost hai, lekin phir

02:55bhi aapne support nahi kiya.

02:57So, your every actions are being questioned.

02:59So, it is kind of very tricky.

03:06I don't know what my fan expects, but what I expect out of myself is to do good work

03:12and to entertain my fans.

03:14And I just hope that they love me and they keep showering all their love and they watch

03:19Personal Trainer and they shower all their love on my show.

03:27I don't know anybody's personal routine ki kaun kya karte hain, but I really look up

03:31to Jennifer Lopez.

03:32She's like really well maintained at this age.

03:34So, yeah, she's someone who proves ki age is just a number.

03:43I can live on biryani.

03:44I can live on fish and rice because that's my staple diet.

03:47Toh I think mera cheat food ye hi hoga ki mujhe bas chicken aur fish de do.

03:57No, yaar.

03:58I don't post workout on social media.

04:00Matlab very rarely you will get to see me posting my workouts on social media.

04:04Maybe once in four, five months or six months.

04:06That's it.

04:08Yaar jab main weight training karte hoon na, bohot saare awkward cheeze hote hain meri

04:13saath because I think I am just not pro at it and I think I am just not good at it.

04:18So, yeah, I think those are some moments are very awkward.

04:21Like, if you ask me right now ki go out and yeh machine, yeh equipment kaise chalta hai,

04:25I'll be very funny and clumsy.

04:27I'll be like, matlab agar pair se aise push karna hoga, main pata chala aise push kar rahi

04:32ho.

04:33So, yeah, main kuch oolta hi, bhalta hi karungi.

04:36So, for me, you tell me to do kickboxing, pilates, yoga, pole dancing, I can do all

04:42of that.

04:43Like, that's my forte.

04:44But I think yeh weight training and all these equipments are not my forte, though I do enjoy,

04:47I wouldn't lie.

04:48But mujhe mera trainer wahape mere side mein chahiye.

04:57I think no one should ever try something weird just for fun because fitness is something

05:02you should take it very seriously or otherwise you will get a very bad injury if you just

05:06do it for fun sake.

05:12One gym rule I always break.

05:15I'm not much of a rule breaker.

05:17So, yeah.

05:18Gym mein toh matlab it's not like school that you will have to be on time.

05:21But yeah, if my trainer asks me to come at 10 o'clock or if my pilates class is at 10

05:25o'clock, I will be there before time.

05:27Five minutes prior to definitely I'll be there.

05:32Main fans ko yehi kehna chahungi ki please mera show dekhiye jo Hungama OTT pe aane wale

05:38hai.

05:39Personal trainer.

05:40And apna pyaar dijiye aur please shower me with all the love.
