00:17filed against the head of the security of BICE, Colonel Raymond La Chica Atibapa.

00:28when OVP Chief of Staff Zuleika Lopez was forcibly transferred from the Veterans Memorial Medical Center

00:36to a private hospital.

00:38In the incident, the head of the QCPD Medical and Dental Unit, Lt. Col. Jason Villamor,

00:43was pushed and shouted down by the security of BICE.

00:49But based on the decision of the Quezon City Prosecutor,

00:52they did not see any solid evidence against the complaints.

00:56There were also no witnesses to support Villamor's allegations.
