00:05grants and loans so that they only keep providing assistance abroad to Israel and Egypt,

00:10while they can just give domestic funds to Social Security and Medicare. Among those

00:15countries affected by the lack of funds are Ukraine, Sudan, and Gaza. In Latin America,

00:20the $630 million that the Biden administration committed to allocating in Peru is already

00:27suspended. Furthermore, all nations counting on the assistance from the Agency for International

00:31Development, USAID, will be hit as well as their workers. Meanwhile, as of Tuesday at 5 p.m. local

00:38time, the disbursement of grants and loans at the national level will be called off except

00:42for Social Security and Medicare. The memorandum assured that the measure seeks to eradicate

00:47Marxist equity, transsexuality, and the policies of the New Green Agreement.
