03:01that must be paid after their funds have been paid.

03:05They will do this in a way so that the service for the Filipinos will not be affected by the use of some mechanisms.

03:13Augmentation, savings, UA, and another fund, the use of contingent fund of our President.

03:26These are new projects and urgent projects.

03:29These can be requested by our department heads.

03:32Of course, we will ask for necessary documentation.

03:35Again, the office of the President will approve the contingent fund.
