00:00Take me out for some hot dogs.
00:04All right! I'm back in Chicago Police with my ass locked in.
00:10Well, one of the most famous gifts on the early days of 75 was cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers.
00:20Cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers.
00:23They don't have burgers. They also have hamburgers.
00:26And we have hot dogs.
00:27They don't have hamburgers. They also have hot dogs.
00:29And I'm here to review it.
00:31So let's take a look at the Billy Goat and take a road mountain Chicago.
00:50Music playing.
01:19Music playing.
01:34Now, Billy Sianis, I think I finally got the name right.
01:38Billy Sianis opened up this place in 1934.
01:42It's original location was on Madison.
01:44But it moved to this location beneath Michigan in 1964.
01:50And it's been well known.
01:52And Billy Sianis had a pet Billy Goat.
01:55Now, he wanted to get into Wrigley Field in the 1945 World Series.
02:00But they wouldn't let him come in with his goat.
02:03And he was said to have put a curse on the Cubs.
02:06The Cubs didn't make another World Series until 2016, 71 years later.
02:11And they finally held a ceremony here to reverse the curse.
02:17And that year, 2016, the Cubs not only made the World Series but won it for the first time in 108 years.
02:24So he's had quite an impact.
02:26And it's cultural.
02:28When John Belucci did his imitation cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, he was imitating Billy.
02:35And, well, they have hot dogs. They have hamburgers.
02:38Plural, famous, no fries, chips only.
02:41I mean, this place is classic.
02:43And there's other locations, but you want to hit the original locations.
02:47And you can feel the history in this place.
02:49And here's the hot dog.
02:51It's got good coloring, good bun-to-dog ratio.
02:54Well, let's see how the hot dog rates.
03:04Excellent quality, well-cooked hot dog.
03:07Great ambiance.
03:13This hot dog lands in the basket.
03:16It's a home run.
03:18Raise the apple.
03:21But, you know, what they're really known for is their cheeseburgers.
03:25Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger.
03:28And, well, here's their burger.
03:32I didn't get any cheese on it, but they're nice, thin smash patties.
03:35It's a double burger on a nice Kaiser roll.
03:38I like them.
03:40This is quality bread.
03:42Let's give this hamburger a try.
03:44I'm branching out today.
04:00That's a great burger.
04:06I'm going to give the burger an 8.8.
04:19You know, this place is historic.
04:23This place is a grand slam on its own.
04:25I mean, the history you can feel.
04:28Billy Co has been around for 90 years.
04:33And it's run by the same family.
04:36And their hospitality is outstanding.
04:4010 out of 10.
04:42Perfect.
04:43That's what makes places like this so special.
04:45They are great here.
04:49Great as you want to see.
04:51If you want to struggle, you've got to check out Billy Co.
04:54You know, I'm a hot dog guy.
04:58Their hot dog is a home run.
05:00Their burger is even better.
05:03So, do you know any other places I should go?
05:05Any place that has history like this?
05:07I love places like this.
05:09Their history.
05:10Let me know.
05:11Send me a DM, e-mail, whatever.
05:14You never know when we're on the show.
05:16I mean, people just saw me and said,
05:17Hey, have you heard of Tekken 3?
05:19Yes.
05:20You never know.
05:21We're on your show.
05:22So, see you down the road and keep rolling.
05:24Take me out for some hot dogs.
05:33Get me one that's only plain.
05:36No mustard or ketchup.
05:39I'll know what the dog is really about.
05:43And it's hoped that this is a good one.
05:47Maybe a home run or a double.
05:49But if it sucks, it will be a strikeout.
05:52But I got it not.
05:53Brody of my taste buds.
06:00Are you Frank the Tank?
06:02Just one vein in there?
06:06Just give it to me.
06:07We'll get all of it.
06:10There you go.
06:11I'm the dog.
06:14Okay.
06:15Can we do a cheeseburger?
06:17Hold on.
06:18Let me take a picture.
06:20One, two, three.
06:23Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger.
