02:40The state government of Amachal Pradesh is spending all the money for this project.

02:56and the farmer who lives in Dharamshala, the farmer who lives in Kangra,

03:08This is the importance of this project.

03:13When I presented the budget last year,

03:19some mothers and sisters came to me,

03:24who had cattle, cows and buffaloes.

03:28They said that the government of Amachal Pradesh gives us only Rs. 30 per litre to buy milk for the cows,

03:39and Rs. 45 per litre to buy milk for the buffaloes.

03:44And the quality is checked.

03:47I get only Rs. 25 per litre.

03:50I listened to them.

03:53I asked them what happened before.

03:56The Chief Minister of Amachal Pradesh, who has been with us for years,

04:01said that every time before the elections, the government used to increase Rs. 2 per litre.

04:08I listened to them seriously.

04:11And the same was the case on January 1st.

04:14The budget was being prepared.

04:16We were discussing the budget with the officials at midnight.

04:21This was two nights ago.

04:23The next day, the budget was to be printed.

04:26I told them to increase it by Rs. 15 per litre.

04:32if you increase it by Rs. 15 per litre in one day,

04:37where will this money come from?

04:39I said,

04:41because I come from a farmer's family.

04:44My parents live in the village.

04:47They have flown from a family like yours to become the Chief Minister.

05:12where the value of milk was given as support.

05:36the number of milk sellers and cow farmers will also increase.

05:48in Amachal Pradesh,

05:50milk was sold to the milk federation.

05:53Earlier, the milk federation of Amachal Pradesh used to get 1,10,000 litres of milk.

06:00After the increase of Rs. 15 per litre,

06:03we have the value of 2,00,000 litres of milk per day.

06:09Now, it will increase slowly.

06:12So, how should this be processed?

06:16For that, the first Amachal Pradesh milk plant

06:20with world-class technology is being established in Dhagwad.

06:27the government of Congress in Amachal Pradesh

06:30faced all the challenges.
