00:18I think that obviously their economic connection is very important.

00:24That China, at the present time, in the view of many, is going through a period of emerging

00:31from economic hardships.

00:32We'll have to wait and see how that actually develops.

00:36The trade level is $250 billion, roughly, just slightly in favor of China.

00:42But it is important, and the very heavy dependence on China, on Russian fossil fuel, is a very

00:50significant part of that trade relationship.
