सीएम सुक्खू ढगवार में मिल्क प्लांट की आधारशिला रखी. इसके निर्माण 225 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी

00:00Since the time our government was formed, to strengthen the rural economy,

00:07every year new ideas, new schemes and new technologies are being implemented.

00:16I am happy that a year ago, when I visited here in the budget,

00:22there was a plant in Dhagwar, which no one asked much about.

00:28When I visited here, after visiting, I gave the instruction that

00:34the Dhagwar plant has to be made into a world class milk processing unit.

00:39When I gave the order, the minister and I did a meeting.

00:44After the meeting, we made an agreement with NDDV

00:49and started the process of making this world class plant.

00:54And today, in this process, we gave them the direction that

00:58when 20% of your work will be completed,

01:02even after completing 20% of the work, we will come to do the construction,

01:07so 20% of the work has been completed.

01:10And next year, at the same time, we will inaugurate it.

01:15According to the capacity of 1.5 lakh people per day, milk will be processed here.

01:21Mozzarella will be made, butter will be made, khoya will be made, paneer will be made.

01:27And the milk packaging will also be made in high standard packaging.

01:33World class standard packaging will be made.

01:36And when milk will be produced in the Dhagwar plant of Himachal,

01:40then its quality will be one of the best quality of India.

01:54Today, with the help of this plant, we are moving forward

01:58with the strengthening of the rural economic system.

02:01And it is clear to us that we want to give money to the farmers of the village.

02:11according to that, we will buy their milk and put it in this milk processing unit.

02:17And for the first time, Himachal Pradesh became the state of India,

02:21which has set a rate of Rs. 45 per msp on cow milk and Rs. 55 per msp on buffalo milk.

02:32If it was sold more in the market, then it would have been sold in the market.

02:36But if a poor farmer finds out that his milk is not sold in the market,

02:42then according to the rate of Rs. 45 per msp, the government will buy that milk.

02:48So this is our step forward.

02:50And after this, another step has been taken.

02:53After that, whatever schemes have been taken by the government,

02:59which have been ignored, we are taking a very fast step in that direction.
