Self titled debut album by Berlin based prog-psych rock German band Karthago. Karthago combines several musical alternatives that turn into a fusion of genres moving away from the soaring patterns characterizing the classic German rock register known as Krautrock. Their sound synthezized various branches of jazz rock, prog, Latin jazz and funk rock, with heavy guitar works, powerful rythm section and gutsy vocals.
