00:06we know that people from backward communities,

00:09meaning people of backward social classes,

00:12people of upper classes, are working in this court, in this profession.

00:25And they have created a connection with the society.

00:28Today, when Adarat's case started,

00:31and when we came to the INDB and questioned,

00:34our point of view was that

00:37this kind of case has been filed against the anti-violence movement,

00:41which is absolutely false.

00:44Because I was a representative of the Anti-Violence Movement.

00:49Today, Adarat has accepted our submission

00:54and is satisfied that this kind of case cannot continue.

01:00That's why the investigation that was going on at that time,

01:04has been submitted to the court.

01:07And it has been concluded that

01:10this kind of FIR has been filed,

01:13in which it is assumed that the anti-violence movement has filed such a case.

01:21The court of Adarat, which was very active in this case,

01:25has given a statement on this.

01:28The court has asked whether the FIR can be accepted in the case of this kind of case.

01:36Because our submission was that

01:39there was no complete offence discussed in the FIR.

01:42Because of that, the FIR cannot be accepted in the case of this case.

01:47And secondly, the representatives of the Anti-Violence Movement,

01:51as you have seen in the case,

01:54were not alone in the case of Parutan Dasgupta.

01:57He was a member of Naki Dharan,

02:00and he was arrested.

02:02And we have brought him here from this court.

02:05In that case also, the police officer,

02:08the same police officer,

02:10in that case also, has refused to come here.

02:13So, the reason has to be investigated in the future.

02:16And for that, the court has given a statement on the next day.

02:20The court will give a statement.

02:22The case will be investigated again in the next 800 days.

02:25All together, they have done this work in the court.

02:32people will be able to understand that

02:35if someone goes to protest against someone else,

02:38or speaks against someone else,

02:40for that, there is a legal team like mine,

02:45So, there is nothing to be afraid of.
