ਪਿਛਲੇ 9 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਕੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੇ 5945 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ।
