00:04I think you can criticise Shrewsbury for an awful lot of things,

00:09but they do kind of try to look after their people.

00:19Paul Hurst getting sacked and it being leaked.

00:21I know it's a little bit different at lower levels,

00:24but you don't see it being leaked all over the press beforehand.

00:28It's very much a case of nobody knew it was coming.

00:30And then it just...

00:31Well, obviously, you get like a flavour

00:33because obviously results aren't very good.

00:35But the first person to know about it is probably Paul Hurst.

00:39And that's because they don't put Felix out looking for another manager

00:43until they've kind of dealt with the situation that they're in.

00:46And that's a decent way to conduct themselves.

00:49I mean, we've only recently just seen two managers,

00:51Ingraham Potter and Sean Dyche,

00:54effectively taking games whilst knowing

00:56that their club's actively searching for a replacement.

01:00And I think we all know that football's a ruthless industry.

01:02But I mean, I know that I certainly felt at that time

01:05that that felt even more ruthless.

01:10So Shrewsbury look after their people.

01:12It's understood that they're very, very sympathetic

01:14for the circumstances that Carl Winchester has gone through.
