01:58be it the Speaker of the Lok Sabha,

02:01be it the Vice-Chairman of the Rajya Sabha,

02:04the Pitha Sinh Adhikari of all our Vidhan Sabhas and Vidhan Parishads,

02:10you are the saviour of the Lok Tantric institutions.

02:20You have a great responsibility.

02:27And I believe that such an attempt

02:32which is like an attack on your reputation,

02:38it is not an attack on you,

02:40it is an attack on the country, on the Lok Tantra of the country.

02:45But it is your responsibility

02:49how to deal with it and how to control it.

02:56And I have complete faith in your ability.

02:59And you are doing this work.

03:01Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore said,

03:06India cannot attain true freedom

03:10unless it is recognised that her foundation is in mind,

05:00India's definition is,

05:02sarve tyaga rajdharmeshu drishta

05:06sarve vidya rajdharmeshu chokta

05:10sarve deeksha rajdharmeshu yukta

05:14sarve loka rajdharmeshu pirvishta

05:17In our Indian culture,

05:24politics means

05:27that we are ready to make the greatest sacrifice.

05:32We should try to acquire all the knowledge.

05:36We should try to acquire good values.

05:39And our heart should be so big

05:41that it includes sarve loka rajdharmeshu pirvishta.

05:45Everyone should fit in it.

05:47There is no one else for us.

05:49In fact, I remembered a small story of Mahabharata

05:52where Maa Kunti told the Pandavas

05:55when they were leaving the forest,

05:58go back, you are responsible for this.

06:43toh ka tumhari buddhi dharm mein moolit hone chahiye,

06:46aur tumhara dil itna bada hona chahiye,

06:49ke tum usmein har kisi ko apne darsam ho sakar.

06:53Samvidhaan ki pachhatarmi barshgah 8,

06:56samvidhaanik muliyon ko sasakt karne mein,

06:59sansad aur raaj vidhai nikayon ka yogdaan,

07:03visay par do dinon tak yeh sammelan chala hai,

07:06aur charcha bhi hui hai,

07:09apne apne raajyon ke baare mein,

07:12peetha seen adhikariyon ne,

07:14mahatpun sujhao bhi diye hai,

07:16aur jo innovative ho raha hai,

07:18uske baare mein bhi baat rakhi hai.

07:24isme saamil hue the,

07:26hala ki Rajasthan ke peetha seen adhikari

07:29wo bhi yahan aaye the,

07:30lekin swast karna se unhe jaana pada,

07:33Goa aur Delhi ke bhi peetha seen adhikari nahi aaye,

07:36aur kuch aur raajyon ke bhi peetha seen adhikari nahi aaye,

07:40lekin karikram puritra safal raha,

07:42aur sabne Bihar ki jamkar tarif ke,

07:44is aayojan ko lekar,
