Howard explains how stressed and anxious he felt watching Bills Ravens last Sunday night.

00:08How was your stress level on Sunday?

00:10It was bad.

00:12Worse than I thought it was going to be.

00:13You know what I think I did?

00:15I think, like, all week I was, I was, quote, fine.

00:18Like, I wasn't freaking out.

00:20I think what I did was I buried all the stress.

00:23Like, I didn't let it come to the surface.

00:25Like, because all, even game day, I'm like, yeah, well, okay, yeah, everything's good.

00:29And all of a sudden they kicked that ball off.

00:39I've been here for 30-something years.

00:41I've watched Super Bowls.

00:44I'm not sure I was as stressed as I was Sunday night against the Ravens, which is really

00:48weird to say because it wasn't a Super Bowl.

00:51I don't know how you two did.

00:53Maybe it's easier being at the stadium with the crowd and everything, but hunkered down

00:57in the basement, oof.

00:59I mean, I was near tears.

01:01The fourth quarter was really painful.

01:06I don't know how you guys held up.

01:08At the stadium, maybe there is something at the stadium that helps.

01:11I think it helps to be there.

01:12Because if I'm, like, if I were doing what you were doing and I'm by myself with just

01:17my own emotions on my own versus everybody in the immediate vicinity is going through

01:22the same thing I'm going through, I almost feel like that, for me personally, that helps.

01:28Being in the bunker was a very stressful experience.

01:31This is why anybody that tries to, you know, or that tells me, I'm loose, it's house money,
