00:21Behind closed doors. I can't think that they think they have a playoff chance

00:26I mean, they don't they're not going to no matter what they do here. I honestly I think they could win ten games in a row

00:33And I'm not sure they would be in the playoffs the Montreal Canadiens basically did that

00:39they got close and the Detroit Red Wings came close to doing that and

00:44Again, they got close so even if they went on that ten game winning streak at least we'd be having a conversation

00:51You know it's I don't even know if they would be in the playoffs then so they're just not going to leapfrog eight teams

00:58It's not happening so

01:00No matter what winning streak they go on or whatever happened. It's too late into the season

01:05You're not gonna have eight teams go into the tank on you no matter how well you play

01:09So I you know for the Sabres

01:12I hope they can come to the same conclusions and not kid themselves and the thinking they have a good team here

01:21But it's not a good team. They are in last place in the Eastern Conference by merit

01:26You know they're almost in last place in the NHL by merit. It's not a fluke and

01:31I was mentioning this to Pat on the postgame show yesterday. Do you realize?

01:36Teams like the Vancouver Canucks who have only won two of their last eight

01:41Their fans are saying well you can't lose to the Buffalo Sabres

01:44You just can't I mean and I think the Canucks would be saying that too. You know this is a game

01:50You can't lose. Yeah, just like in the our fan base. Well. What are you losing to the Montreal Canadiens for?

01:55Why are you losing to Columbus?

01:57You know you can't lose well Buffalo is that team now around the NHL where teams just say you can't lose to that team
