02:13so we're going to have a lot of workers coming in.

02:16But we have to have legal immigration.

02:19If China didn't approve it, we could put tariffs on China.

02:25China charges us tariffs, and we charge them very little,

02:30We took in hundreds of billions of dollars.

02:32But until I came along,

02:34China never paid 10 cents to this country.

02:37They ripped us off, and they never paid anything.

02:40But, like, if we wanted to make a deal with TikTok,

02:43and it was a good deal,

02:45and China wouldn't approve it,

02:47then I think ultimately they'd approve it

02:50because we'd put tariffs on China.

02:52Maybe. I'm not saying I would,

02:54but you certainly could do that.

02:56And if we said,

02:58well, if you're not going to approve it,

03:00then that's a certain hostility,

03:02and we'll put tariffs of 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%,

03:05even 100%.

03:07And if we did that, I think they'd approve it.
