उत्तराखंड निकाय चुनाव के लिए कांग्रेस ने 26 वादों के साथ अपना वचन पत्र (घोषणा पत्र) जारी किया है.

00:27which was considered to be the most beautiful city in the country.

00:31A few years ago, wherever you went in the country,

00:34people used to say that a city is like Dehradun,

00:36people used to say that a mountainous area is like Nainital,

00:39people used to say that a tourist place is like Masuri,

00:41people used to say that a religious area is like Haridwar.

00:43This is what the common people used to say in this country.

00:46Today, no one is saying this.

00:48Today, no person who is going to live here,

00:51or who is going to come here to travel,

00:53or who is going to come here for business,

00:55no one can claim that Dehradun, or other urban areas,

01:00or Nainital, or Pantnagar,

01:02are the best areas of the country.

01:05How did this matter reach here today?

01:07This has reached because of the BJP.

01:09Because the BJP has failed on three levels.

01:12It is a triple engine government, and has failed on three levels.

01:15The first failure,

01:16they have not been able to get the population counted for the last 10 years.

01:21Today, if the bureaucrats have to do this planning,

01:24they don't even have the data.

01:26How many new people have come to the cities in this state?

01:29How many new settlements are being built?

01:31How many new roads are needed?

01:33What is the requirement of electricity?

01:35How to make drainage?

01:36All these questions are related to the data.

01:39And the BJP has not been able to get the population counted for the last 10 years,

01:43and has suppressed the entire data.

01:45Today, the state does not have the data after 2011,

01:49because the central government, the Modi government, has failed.
