01:12And that is why, as a Peetabhin Adhikari, in accordance with the sentiments of the constitution,

01:22in accordance with the age of the constitution, we remember the great leaders who created

01:33the constitution.

01:41Babasaheb Ambedkarji and the constitution committee discussed the constitution for three

01:54years with a long-term approach.

01:57There were people from different parties and different ideologies.

02:02But in this democratic process of those three years, with agreement, disagreement, discussion

02:12and dialogue, we made a constitution that is not only guiding our democracy today, but

02:21is also guiding the democratic institutions of the world.

02:26And that is why, looking at those great leaders, I also feel that within our own communities,

02:38by establishing such discussions, dialogues, high-level organizations and organizations,

02:48agreement and disagreement is the strength of our democracy.

02:53We need to strengthen and strengthen our own organizations.

02:57When the constitution was being drafted, Dr. Ambedkar said, which was his motto, that

03:03we will have to keep the interest of the country above the interest of our own people and parties.

03:08If we want to keep the freedom of this country intact for thousands and thousands of years,

03:17Today, we will have to make the legislative institutions more dynamic and forward-looking

03:26The next two decades are a rare opportunity for India to gain a high position in the rapidly

03:38growth of all our states and countries.
