00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. created a new fund to achieve and finish the three main high dams projects in the country.

00:10In Panayamla Radio, Philippines, National Irrigation Administration, or NIA Administrator, Engineer Eddie Guillen,

00:18said this will be a big help in strengthening the food security of the country, the high dams, by the time this is finished.

00:26This is the Ilocosorte, Ilocosur Agro-Irrigation Project, Balog-Balog Dam in Tarlac, which President Marcos will continue,

00:35and the Tumaini Dam in Isabela.

00:38Guillen is confident that these dam projects will be completed by the term of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:47We brought it to the NEDA for their approval. Now, the implementation is approved.

00:59You cannot just give it because the budget is big. We are thankful to the President for giving this budget.
