00:21He became a BFF of an animal that is attractive and annoying to people.

00:38That is a male that I named Koko.

00:41I feed him fruits and we play together.

00:50it is not allowed to keep a wild cat without a permit from the DENR.

00:56If you are going to keep the civet cat as a pet,

01:00it must be coming from a captive bred facility.

01:04The certificate of wildlife registration allows that person to possess and to keep that civet cat

01:13as long as he has a corresponding permit to do so.

01:17But Koko is not really Ryan's pet if he is not a friend visiting him from the mountains.

01:24It's a good thing that Ryan has a big farm so Koko is free to roam around there.
