Auto Expo 2025: DC2 has showcased its e-Tanq concept vehicle at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Here's the first look walkaround of the DC2 e-Tanq by Promeet Ghosh.  ~PR.304~ED.70~##~

00:00Hi guys and welcome to DriveSpark, I'm Prameet and we are at the DC2 stall right now at the

00:11Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

00:14Now this what you see over here is a complete brand new vehicle from DC2 Designs.

00:21Now this is called the Kang and this looks like a complete off-roader, it's a brand new

00:27vehicle.

00:28This is not based on any vehicle, so that is how you spell it.

00:36And so yeah, let's start talking about a little bit of the front end, very aggressive look,

00:40you have all LED headlights and this model is still a concept, however, this will come

00:45into production by the end of 2026, that is next year.

00:48As you can see over there, the ORVMs are still camera-based, hence it is a pre-production

00:54or a concept version.

00:56As well, you can see, you have massive 33-inch alloy wheels over here and there is DC2 Mercury

01:02written, so basically, they have collaborated with Mercury and then they have developed

01:07this vehicle, you have flush door handles right over there.

01:11And just look at these wheels, these are fuel alloy wheels, 33 inches with off-road tyres

01:16right over here.

01:17I think from here, you can charge the vehicle, this is an all-electric vehicle, you get a

01:21full LED bar over here and again, that is how you pronounce or spell the car name, that

01:28is Thang.

01:30And yeah, you have a sort of a diffuser finish right over there, well, at the side, you have

01:34massive body cladding, it has ample amount of ground clearance, well, I just can't go

01:41on top and show you the car because I'm still not allowed to do that, but as you can see,

01:45it gets these side wind fans of design, I mean, they are not functional, they are just

01:49for design, but if you just look at the vehicle from the front, it is just a massive vehicle,

01:56however, it gets a single wiper and this wiper over here, it looks exactly like a cockpit,

02:02just look at the size of the hood and just look at the front profile, the grille is very

02:08different, this is how it looks from the front three-quarter and let me give you a quick

02:14specification brief about the DC-2 Thang, so this thing is powered by two electric motors,

02:20you have two electric motors, one driving the rear wheels, one driving the front wheels,

02:24if you talk about the battery pack, it is a 180 kilowatt-hour battery pack and that

02:29thing is massive, however, this thing produces 650 bhp of power, just imagine an all-wheel

02:36drive electric car with 650 bhp, it will just, like just, you will just press the pedal and

02:43it will just shoot ahead, this is how it looks, a little bit of a glimpse, if you can get

02:49from the inside and yeah, that is how the rear three-quarter looks like, it is a fantastic

02:55vehicle, so yeah, they have collaborated with Mercury for the tech and I think by 2026,

03:04at the end of 2026, this will be a completely new production vehicle that will be out in

03:09the market, so yeah guys, this was the DC-2 Thang and this is not based on any vehicle,

03:14this is a completely new product from DC-2 Designs, so I hope you like this vehicle,
