00:00Today's game, not gonna be great, Michael.

00:03There's not a team, I don't know if there's a team

00:06playing worse hockey in the NHL

00:08than the Peguins right now.

00:09A complete mess.

00:11Jory just got cut, released, whatever,

00:14that was a long time coming.

00:18Buffalo's sneaky been pretty good recently, Michael, no?

00:23If you look at what they've done

00:25since they lost the 13 games in a row,

00:28ever since they came off of that, they've been decent.

00:32And it's unfortunate for them because, again,

00:34those people are always tortured up there,

00:36whether it's the football team or the hockey team.

00:38The hockey team hasn't seen the playoffs

00:40in what, it's gotta be, what, 15, 16 years now

00:42at this point, and working on 20 for the Sabres.

00:45But they have a lot of hopes,

00:48and they thought last year they were turning the corner.

00:51Even early this year, they start turning the corner,

00:53and then you lose 13 games in a row.

00:55And that just, that will derail any season.

00:59I don't care how good you are.

01:00You lose 13 games in a row,

01:01you're gonna be in big trouble

01:02and put yourself in too deep of a hole.

01:06All in all, you look at some of these teams, Dave,

01:08that are playing well,

01:10and you talk about riding the wave,

01:12Detroit, Montreal, Columbus.

01:16These are not teams that people particularly love to back,

01:20but you gotta back them now

01:21because they're all on fire,

01:22they're scoring tons of goals,

01:24they're playing great hockey.

01:26Those are the three teams, Dave,

01:26I gotta jump on right now.

01:28No question, you just saw it last night,

01:30Montreal, big dog against Dallas, gets it done.

01:33Detroit, before they lost to San Jose at home,

01:36had won seven in a row, playing very well.

01:39And Columbus is actually playing games

01:42and winning games to the under,

01:44and where they were giving up a ton of goals

01:46early in the season, and they kinda have gotten right.

01:49Sabres are six, three, and one in their last 10.

01:52I'm surprised the number's this low,

01:54to be perfectly honest today.

01:56The Penguins are an automatic bet against in that situation.

01:59The other game tonight though, Michael,

02:01cross-conference matchup, I got the Vegas stuff on.

02:05I mean, it's a big game, like in the scheme of things.

02:09I think it's a bigger game for the Hurricanes.

02:13They are not playing well right now, Mike, right?

02:16They've lost to Buffalo and Anaheim

02:19their last two times out.

02:20Now, those are not teams that traditionally,

02:23I mean, everyone loves Carolina.

02:25They're everyone's All-American.

02:26I mean, they never win anything,

02:28but everyone loves the Carolina Hurricanes,

02:31but they have not been playing well,

02:33and you can't, you know, they lose at home to Anaheim.

02:36Ugh, that's tough.

02:37At least they were on the road in Buffalo

02:38when they lost that game.

02:39Now, Carolina-

02:41What the hell did that two game parlay pay, Mike?

02:44That one had to be a nice,

02:45I mean, a little score there, dog, dog.

02:48The Ducks had to be, I'm going to guess,

02:51three bills in Carolina that night.

02:52I was going to say, plus 300.

02:54Yeah, they had to be.

02:56And the Savers were probably at home in the twos,

02:59I would have to think, probably around a two.

03:01Oh, I remember, it was Carolina minus 220.

03:04It was just the other night.

03:06You're right, so it was minus 220.

03:07Wednesday night.

03:07Plus 28, plus 320, and put that together,

03:11that's like 10 to one or more two game parlay.

03:13We need those.
