00:17This dashcam footage of a motorist in Marteza Endex Northbound in the Philippine Arena is viral and has more than 500,000 views on social media.

00:25A cyclist who was riding a bicycle next to the Central Island suddenly appeared.

00:29He counter-flowed and was chased by an endex patrol officer.

00:32The motorist was shocked by the incident.

00:36When our patrol was coming down, he was not stopping.

00:40So what we did was to chase our patrol because he really needed to stop because he counter-flowed in the traffic.

00:48Why did he not stop? Was he able to explain?

00:52He was not able to explain because he only said a few words.

00:58All he heard was thank you. That's all. He was not able to speak properly.

01:06He immediately got in the patrol car and was taken out of the expressway.
