मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने शुक्रवार को चिकित्सा क्षेत्र और जनजातीय क्षेत्र के हितधारकों के साथ आगामी बजट को लेकर वन टू वन संवाद किया.

00:00We had some suggestions, mainly security of the health personnel and hospitals.

00:05This is a very big issue.

00:07For safety, we are going to make the SOP notification a strict law.

00:12Secondly, we want a land allotment in IAEA,

00:15so that we can talk to CMEs, representatives,

00:20talk to the state government about how we can increase the facilities.

00:26The health packages, the schemes are very good for the government.

00:31But the rates for the packages, for small private hospitals,

00:36it is very difficult to survive.

00:38Because 60-70% of the people are going to private hospitals,

00:42from small hospitals.

00:44Our main suggestion today was that

00:48the committee that has been formed for the revisions of the schemes,

00:51should include the representatives of the IAEA.

00:54The tariffs, for the industries,

00:57we get 10 rupees per unit for 6 rupees.

01:01So that should also be done.

01:03The health schemes, there is a scheme in the government as well as in the private sector.

01:07In the government hospitals,

01:09the building infrastructure, salary, everything,

01:12is paid by the government.

01:13And in our hospitals, we have to arrange for it.

01:15That should also be done with a little discrepancy.

01:17I come from Hanumangarh and Ganga.

01:19In that area, the issue of drugs is very big.

01:22All the youth have come under the influence of drugs.

01:24So I requested here,

01:26that there should be a separate budget allocation for drugs.

01:29And how to work to save it.

01:31I gave all the other ideas.

01:33For developed Rajasthan,

01:35for rising Rajasthan,

01:37for medical tourism Rajasthan,

01:39and for healthy Rajasthan,

01:41we gave suggestions.

01:42In that, our idea was that the budget allocation

01:45should be to improve the services.

01:48First of all, as we said,

01:50it is disaster management.

01:51So for any disaster,

01:53if it happens to any health facility,

01:54then there should be a separate fund for it.

01:56Secondly, for martyrs,

01:59or those who have survived,

02:01or those who are sufferers,

02:02there should be a dedicated fund for them as well.

02:05Indian Medical Association,

02:07they also have programs.

02:09The vertical programs run by NHM,

02:11or their Ma Yojana,

02:13or RGHS Yojana,

02:14they have been actively contributing to it.

02:16Our aim is that,

02:18their schemes,

02:19their rates should be correct,

02:21which are in CGHS.

02:23If they become applicable here,

02:25then it will be better for them.

02:27Secondly, those who take advantage of the schemes,

02:29we want there to be a capping of compensation.

02:31If their treatment is going on,

02:33then they should be insured as well.

02:35So that if the patient faces any problem,

02:37then they get the benefit on their own.

02:39If they give land to IMA here,

02:41then you can consider it as medical tourism.

02:43Because we have 4 lakh members from all over Rajasthan,

02:45they will come here,

02:46and we will be able to develop Rajasthan a lot.

02:49The suggestions that I gave,

02:51first of all, the government should increase their budget.

02:54Right now, the GDP is 1.55%,

02:56which should be increased to 2.5%.

02:59And at the national level, it is 1.9%.

03:01So at least that much should be done.

03:03Secondly, I said,

03:04you are opening new medical colleges,

03:06private,

03:07you don't have staff,

03:08you don't have faculty,

03:09you are taking so much fees there,

03:11you are taking such long fees,

03:15so where will the meritorious students go to study?

03:18First of all, reduce the fees,

03:20secondly, keep good faculty there,

03:22and give equal salary to the faculty.

03:24In today's date,

03:25the government has given a salary of Rs. 760,000 per month.

03:29The senior doctors have been working for so many years,

03:31if you give them such a low salary,

03:32then who will come and join?

03:34So today, the medical colleges are empty,

03:36and they are only doing e-classes,

03:38from one college to another,

03:40they are doing online classes.

03:42If they want to do online classes,

03:43then what is the need to enroll in a medical college?

03:45They can do it from YouTube at home.

03:47This is my suggestion.

03:48Secondly, I said,

03:49the biggest thing in today's date is violence against doctors.

03:52We have made an SOP in Rajasthan,

03:54which was made in Rajasthan after the suicide of Dr. Ratna Sharma.

03:57So I said,

03:58there should be a gazette notification of that SOP.

04:00And in 2008,

04:01a violence against Rajasthan Medical Protection Act was made,

04:05in which we have given a lot of suggestions,

04:07which have been in the CM's office for a long time,

04:09so whatever action is taken after that,

04:11these are the things.
