रांची में राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार आयोजित की गई है. जिसका उद्देश्य शिक्षकों में नेतृत्व क्षमता विकसित करना है. इसमें विभिन्न राज्यों के शिक्षक शामिल हुए हैं.

00:03NCRT is a part of NCRT.

00:08Under this, in the context of school leadership,

00:12the multiple roles and responsibilities,

00:15the National Seminar has been organized at the same point.

00:19It was organized here in 2022.

00:23And in every SCRT, in every state,

00:28seminars like this are organized there.

00:31It is NIPA's initiative.

00:34And in that seminar, every SCRT, every state is invited.

00:38Even NIPA's chancellor is going to join in a little while.

00:42He has come to Rajchip.

00:44And the purpose of this is that in different states,

00:49if there is any innovative idea in the context of school leadership,

00:53or at any other point,

00:54they share it with each other.

00:56As you said in the inaugural speech of our Secretary Sir,

01:03he made it clear that a lot of things may be lacking in our system.

01:09Or a lot of things may be good in us.

01:13Similarly, in every state, there is competition.

01:16So people share with each other here.

01:18And it is clear that if there is any initiative in the context of another state,

01:24which we need to adopt,

01:26we try to adopt it.

01:29And similarly, other states also share our initiative.

01:33I have come from Andhra Pradesh.

01:34I am very happy to be here on the land of Jharkhand,

01:38which is a mix of tribal traditions.

01:41And it has been most overwhelming

01:44by seeing that we are all welcomed with a very good tribal dance and all.

01:48This shows that how passion these organizers have

01:52towards the culture and heritage of Jharkhand.

01:55That itself shows their leadership qualities.

01:58So within one month,

02:00they could get the papers from all the states of India,

02:03the School Leadership Academy of Jharkhand,

02:06and they have organized it in a very well manner.

02:10And then one more thing I wanted to tell you is,

02:13all the officials, educational department officials,

02:16and JCRT members, and Secretary Sir,

02:18they have shown their passion towards the development of the education system in Jharkhand.

02:24So even now, we are implementing so many programs at Andhra Pradesh,

02:28there are more things to learn from this school education of Jharkhand also.

02:33And I am very much thankful to our SPD sir

02:36and our Department of School Education for sending me to this program.

02:40And it is the school leader must, it is all about the school leadership,

02:44what are their responsibilities and roles.

02:46Finally, I wanted to tell you is,

02:48every school leader should develop learning outcomes

02:53in the form of intelligent quotient, emotional quotient, and social quotient.

02:58Because holistic development should take place in the children.

03:02For this, the school leader should always work hard.

03:06And he must show the way to the others.

03:08Leadership is not a position.

03:10It is not a designation, but it is action.

03:14So that's what I have learned from our Department of School Education,

03:17Samagra Siksha officials.

03:19And the same I wanted to implement.

03:20I am here to learn many more things from all the participants

03:24who have come from the different states

03:26and who are exhibiting their best practices

03:28so that we can learn from each and everyone.
