00:09This is in accordance with the reduction in their 2025 national budget

00:15in Sinagawang, Pulong, in Malacanang.

00:18The President entrusted the fund under the DPWH

00:22under the 2025 General Appropriations Act

00:26in which the President also approved the fund of the government.

00:32According to the President, the DPWH asked for P70 billion

00:38but only P23 billion was given by the Congress

00:42as part of the reduction in the right-of-way payment

00:46obligation to contractuals, buoys and others.

00:50The President also gave that these projects are important

00:54for the improvement of the lives of Filipinos.
