उत्तराखंड में महिलाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है. साथ ही महिलाएं भी उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देना चाहती हैं.

00:38the statistics of the Indian government, the statistics of the state government,

00:41the economic survey of the Indian government, the economic survey of the state government,

00:45with all these secondary data and primary data, we did a survey of 992 households.

00:54And we asked them questions.

00:57In this, there is Pitharagarh district, Chamoli district, Almora and Podi district,

01:01and Udham Singh Nagar and Dehradun district.

01:04If a woman is an immigrant or comes to the plain areas, does her livelihood improve?

01:10Are there any schemes that the government is running, but there is a need for collaborative effort?

01:15Women Development is also running the same scheme.

01:18Kaushal Vikas is also running the same scheme.

01:20Rural Development is also running the same scheme.

01:22And is the result coming as it should be or not?

01:26And does everyone have to be synchronized, in a cluster, by doing collaborative effort,

01:31to reach that woman?

01:33Does she have access to resources or not?

01:35Does she have access to government policies or not?

01:38More than 45 schemes are being run by the Indian government and the state government.

01:43And there are many such schemes on the survey,

01:47which are directly benefiting women.

01:51Research has also been done on its sustainability.

01:54And I am very excited about this.

01:57And what are the aspirations for their careers?

02:00This also came out.

02:02And we saw a silver line, which will culminate in the future.

02:07In which a very large number of young girls want to start their own enterprise.

02:13Government employment is already a choice.

02:15Because you get a stable salary, there is security.

02:19But apart from that, those who are on the second number,

02:22they want to open their own enterprise,

02:25and want to move forward as a leadership that provides employment.

02:32So, through this research, as Mr. Rajpal said,

02:37we have to share the outcome with the government.

02:40And in 2-3 months, the other outcomes will be shared.

02:44So that if the government has to provide any budgetary provision,

02:48the government can do it.

02:50And the schemes that are already running,

02:52they have to be twisted a little.

02:54They have to be tailored according to the needs of those women.

02:57So, this will be a very good study.
