कंबल खरीद में टेंडर शर्तों का उल्लंघन, विधायक सरयू राय ने सीएम से की आपूर्तिकर्ता पर कार्रवाई की मांग

विधायक सरयू राय ने कंबल खरीदारी में टेंडर की शर्तों के उल्लंघन का आरोप लगाया है. उन्होंने सीएम हेमंत सोरेन को पत्र भी लिखा है.
