00:00It's not surprising that the Chicago Bears would want to interview Ron Rivera, as they did.

00:06It's hard to ignore a guy who wants to be a head coach again in the NFL,

00:11and was twice named NFL Coach of the Year.

00:15So, it's not at all surprising that he has already been interviewed by the Bears.

00:21Now, typically these days, more often a young coordinator,

00:27offensive or defensive coordinator, are the guys that teams are likely to hire as head coaches these days.

00:32Those people have had considerable success as NFL head coaches.

00:37Some of them have failed miserably, too.

00:42But I would expect the Bears to hire one of those up-and-coming young coordinators.

00:48I would assume that the fact that Ron Rivera played for the Chicago Bears would help him to some degree,

00:56although I don't know if that's going to be the prevailing thing that carries the day.
