पंचायत चुनाव में ओबीसी आरक्षण पर हंगामा, भाजपा कंफ्यूज या कांग्रेस कर रही राजनीति ?

छत्तीसगढ़ में पंचायत चुनाव से पहले इसकी आरक्षण प्रक्रिया पर हंगामा मचा है.

00:51But in the district panchayats, where in 2019, in 27 districts, 7 district panchayats were protected for the OBC work.

00:58Today, after 33 districts, the OBC work is not getting any protection in the district panchayats.

01:04For this, the Supreme Court's decision came in 2021 and 2022.

01:09After the last Nagan Nagam election.

01:12And it was said that where there are STSC reservations, like where PESA is applicable, there are 16 districts.

01:24So, there are very specific areas applicable.

01:28And the protection cannot be above 50%.

01:32The SC also got 12-13% reservation on the basis of Abani.

01:37So, the matter of the panchayat elections, the matter of the president, it was not reserved anywhere.

01:46But can the OBC be removed there? Because it is unprotected.

01:52What the government wants is beyond everyone's understanding.

01:55The percentage of OBC work that should be there, is not being given.

02:05And that is why it is taking a press conference and is coming in front of the media.

02:08But the reality is that the importance that the OBC work should have been given,

02:12it is not being seen in terms of reservation.

02:16They are talking a lot about reservation.

02:19OBC does not have that much percentage.

02:21But OBC has nothing on what they have just taken out.

02:24So, the way they are saying that OBC is very close and they have so many ministers,

02:29they have so many leaders.

02:31But the reservation that should be there for them,

02:34their representation should come up.

02:37That should be seen.
