03:57Sir, a big challenge is related to the skill of the police.

04:05So, how are you moving forward with the capacity building of the police?

04:10Look, we are working on two fronts.

04:13On one hand, we are training at the local level in our state,

04:17in the police academy.

04:19If there is no training of a sensitive nature,

04:22then we call the officers to the head office and train them here.

04:26Apart from this, a very important work is being done by the Indian government

04:30through their initiative,

04:32that is of cyber commandoes.

04:34For the training of cyber commandoes,

04:37our police officers and officers

04:40are being trained at national security universities,

04:43engineering colleges and many other places throughout the country.

04:48For their screening,

04:50last Sunday,

04:52we conducted a test here.

04:54Approximately 300 people participated in this test.

04:57The people who will clear the screening,

05:00will be trained by the cyber commandoes for 6 months.

05:03So, the intention of the Indian government is that

05:08we will be able to train a full-fledged army,

05:13in sufficient numbers.
