00:00I want to congratulate you from the bottom of my heart that you have recognized the other
00:07aspect and fulfilled it.
00:09I think that whatever you see in terms of disaster management, even if it is the budget,
00:18the new system that has been started, the state SDRF funds are already being given to
00:27people so that they do not have to stop.
00:31They already have enough funds in every state.
00:35If there is any problem, they can spend it and give relief to their people.
00:44And if there is a big disaster, then they can also take the help of the NDRF.
00:54The combination of the SDRF and NDRF is serving the people of the country.
00:59This has also provided a lot of relief.
01:04If you look at the budget, in the last 10 years, three times the budget has been given
01:10to disaster management.
01:12These are not small things.
01:14This shows empathy.
01:16This shows how much importance is being given to this issue.
01:21And to meet our disaster, to fight against the disaster, all the warriors stand up.
01:30Their courage also increases.
01:32And I have complete faith that the way we just passed the amendment bill last year
01:38for disaster management plans and to collect the disaster database at national and state
01:47level, this will also benefit the country and the people of the country.
01:55The Prime Minister gave an agenda of 10 points.
01:59Integration, risk coverage, women leadership, risk mapping, technology, research, media,
02:10capacity building, learning, and international cooperation.
02:15I believe that if we work seriously on these 10 points, then in the coming days, especially
02:25when climate change is spreading all over the world, India can become a country that
02:38can truly build climate-resilient infrastructure in India.
02:44We can use technology.
02:46We can use artificial intelligence-powered predictive analysis.
02:51We can use drone-assisted rescue missions and make India a safe country, learning from
03:00experience, learning from the best practices in the world.
03:04We can truly make the lives of every Indian, the precious lives of every Indian, safe and secure.
