00:14So our 15-minute sessions are open for anyone who wants to come in and hang out with the

00:18kitties.

00:19We know that the fire has been very stressful, even if you haven't been personally impacted

00:23by it, you're totally welcome to still come on by and hang out with the kitties.

00:26It's definitely stressful for everyone keeping track of the fires, even if it's not directly

00:31affecting them at the moment.

00:33Crumbs and Whiskers rescues cats and kittens from euthanasia at high-kill shelters and

00:38houses them in their cafe, where they encourage people to play with them to make them more

00:42friendly and adoptable.

00:44Yeah, so as you can see, we have some very sweet kitties in here, and it can just be

00:49a really peaceful and de-stressing experience to come hang out with the kitties.

00:54It's also just a great way to get people's minds off of what's going on at the moment

00:58in L.A., and it's a great way to help socialize our kitties, so we really appreciate people

01:02who come in and hang out with them.

01:04Taking advantage of the free cuddles on Tuesday were two friends from high school in Los Angeles

01:09who now live abroad and were reuniting in the city when the wildfires struck.
