23:14First of all, you know that the punishment will be announced on Friday.
23:19Now we are not even talking about what will happen if the decision is announced.
23:23I think everybody knows, unfortunately, that a very good idea for a decision is made in this country.
23:28And the way it is being delayed again and again.
23:30On the grounds of mischief.
23:32That is also in front of us.
23:33In fact, Mr. Imran Khan has also given his statement that I was told at around 9 o'clock.
23:38And our time was 11 o'clock.
23:41And anyway, two decisions have already been announced against him in the absence of justice.
23:45So it's a very strange excuse.
23:47So let's not get into what is and what is not.
23:50But let's clarify one thing.
23:52You people say that it is a bogus case because Mr. Imran Khan did not take any benefit for himself.
23:59The money was supposed to come to the Pakistan government.
24:02The government makes cases that the money was supposed to be adjusted against a crime by the Supreme Court.
24:09So that was separate money.
24:11This money should have come to the government.
24:13You people collected it in the Supreme Court account and Mr. Khan gave it to them.
24:18But today, when Mr. Khan's statement was released, he said that the real issue was this.
24:24NCAO had started an investigation when they saw that a property worth 9 billion was bought for 12 billion.
24:33Why was the price doubled?
24:37And our agreement was only to keep this transaction confidential.
24:42This question arises very quickly because everything has been discussed in the case.
24:47But people ask again and again.
24:49Could this money have gone to the Supreme Court account?
24:53Or as the government says, it should have been in the government's account in the state bank.
24:58And Mr. Malik Riaz should have given his money separately.
25:02So this favor has been given to him.
25:04And the money was taken from this 9 billion and this scene.
25:08Otherwise, it was not money laundering money.
25:10It was a sort of political bribe or whatever allegedly.
25:15Let's clarify this.
25:18Look, it's a very sad thing that this matter has been in the public domain for two and a half years.
25:24But the facts are not clear.
25:27The facts are that the government of Pakistan did not put this money in that account.
25:32The account of the Supreme Court was open.
25:35The account that Malik Riaz had to pay, this money was put directly by the Malik Riaz family.
25:42The impression is given as if this money came to the government of Pakistan.
25:47And the government of Pakistan said, put them in that account.
25:50This did not happen.
25:51This money was transferred directly from London to Malik Riaz family's companies or individuals.
25:57From their accounts, directly under their orders, it was transferred to this account.
26:02And the equivalent dollar or pound of this money went into our exchange savings.
26:08The money came into that account.
26:11The government of Pakistan had nothing to do with this.
26:14There is no such decision in any British court that this money belonged to the government of Pakistan or the state of Pakistan.
26:24This is a misconception.
26:27This money belonged to the state of Pakistan.
26:30And the government of Pakistan put this money in that account to benefit Malik Riaz.
26:34If I understand correctly, you are saying that it was decided
26:39between the NCA and the Malik Riaz family that this money should be sent to Pakistan.
26:47And they put it in the account they wanted.
26:51Is that what you are saying?
26:53This is what happened.
26:54Absolutely.
26:55And what came to the cabinet was that the NCA said that this settlement with the Malik Riaz family should be kept confidential.
27:05And the cabinet said, okay, if this money is coming, then we have no objection.
27:10Otherwise, this money will remain there or go somewhere else.
27:13What will we claim by going to Britain?
27:16If we can claim, then we will fight lawsuits for years and spend $100 million.
27:20Then maybe we will get this money or not.
27:23No court had given this decision that this money belongs to the state of Pakistan.
27:29It was frozen due to a suspicious transaction.
27:32After that, there was a legal settlement between the Malik Riaz family and the NCA.
27:38Under which these accounts were de-freezed and they sent the money here themselves.
27:43So this is a completely wrong assumption that has been going on in the media for the past year and a half.
27:48All the testimonies have been made.
27:50Despite this, people say that the cabinet has sent the money.
27:53The cabinet did not send it.
27:55The cabinet only accepted the confidentiality.
27:59I will add one more thing.
28:02If the NAB or any other Pakistani institution wants to look at this under our law, then it can.
28:09So what did we do?
28:11The cabinet allowed the money that was in Britain to come to Pakistan.
28:16Added it to their foreign currency accounts and followed our law.
28:21What crime was committed in this?
28:23And the land of the trust was bought a year ago.
28:27It was in the name of Babur Awan and Zulfiqar Bukhari.
28:30When the trust was formed, the land was transferred.
28:33This impression is also wrong that this money was transferred by the cabinet.
28:37And after that, the land was given to the trust.
28:40All the facts have been distorted.
28:43Let me play the devil's advocate.
28:45If I raise the question that this objection may arise.
28:48The land was given because it was promised that if this work is done, it will be paid in advance.
28:57The people of the government are painting it like this.
29:00How do you respond to that?
29:02What was the advance payment for?
29:05See, for a trust or a foreign work, the land was bought in the name of Seerat-ul-Nabi for a university a year ago.
29:14After that, this matter arose.
29:16Malik Riaz family sent the money in an account.
29:19The government of Pakistan did not say that put the money here.

29:26Who triggered all this?
29:28Why did Hassan get double the money?
29:33It should not end at all.
29:35Today, Mr. Imran Khan raised this question very clearly.
29:40Why is this state of Pakistan not questioning that Malik Riaz family or Malik Riaz
