00:22One thing that it's Sheila Dixit who built Delhi, Delhi was shining, it was a world-class

00:28Now it's all Joggi-Jhopadi and unclean and roads are broken and traffic jam is a very
00:39common thing.
00:42No longer it's the same city and pollution is also there and the water quality has deteriorated.
00:52Ninety percent people are getting dirty water.
00:56So what happened that the tag of national capital is there, however, this is not the
01:09city which can be seen as a capital of India.
01:14Capital of India should have been better what it was and it would have been improved rather
01:21because with the pace of time, building material and hygiene and cleanliness, all these things
01:30are increasing globally.
01:32But here in Delhi, it has deteriorated.
