03:48If you mix up backward and Dalit castes,

04:17Adani, Ambani, Tata, Birla.
04:22Take a list of the 500 biggest companies.

04:30that you will not find a single Adivasi, a single Dalit, a single backward, a single minority among the owners.
04:37Take the name of the management team.
04:41You will not find a single person of backward caste.
04:44You will not find a single Dalit, a single Adivasi.
04:49This is the truth of India.
