02:46As PCC President has told you, the agenda of our two meetings held so far,
02:52and the third meeting of the CLP that will be held very shortly, is very simple.
02:57Firstly, a Jai Bapu, Jai Bheem, Jai Samhita rally will be held
03:06on 21st of this month at Belgaum where it was earlier postponed.
03:12The objectives of the rally, the purpose has already been explained in detail to you
03:20both by myself as also by PCC President.
03:24Number two, in addition there too, as PCC President Mr. Shiv Kumar has said,
03:30both PCC President, Chief Minister and the party have decided that we are going to have
03:38100 Dandhi Bharat offices across the state of Karnataka.
03:46And foundations stoned for the same will be laid down by Rahulji and Khadkeji
03:54sometimes in February in one go from Bangalore. And we have requested them to allocate a date.
04:02One purpose of calling all legislators, ministers and other colleagues of the party was also this,
04:11that to create a final edifice and structure, about 74 places odd have been already frozen painstakingly
04:20by taking great pain by PCC President out of 100.
04:24Rest are now being finalized by our working presidents as also by the party.
04:30And third was, this is the year of the organization as decided by CWC in Belgaum.
04:38That's why we have decided that as per Raipur decision and in accordance with Jodhpur declaration of the party,
04:49we are going to now constitute Panchayat level Congress Committee,
04:53Ward level Congress Committee and Intermediary Mandal Committee and review all our blocks.
