00:14According to the law, 7th January was the last date to fill Form 8.

00:25Form 6, Form 8 and Form 7 can be filled 10 days prior to the last date of nomination.

00:32Since 17th January is the last date,

00:35they filled Form 8 on 7th January,

00:40so that the Delhi vote can be shifted from Greater Noida.

00:45The Delhi Election Commission's CEO,

00:49who is the electoral officer of Delhi,

00:53issued an order stating that 7th January is the last date.

01:03Mysteriously, a day later, he issued another order stating that 6th January is the last date.
