00:14The Philippine Sambo Federation has no plans to rest on the leadership of their President, Paolo Tacontiana, for the upcoming programs from this year until 2028.
00:25One of these is the participation in major tournaments such as the World Beach Sambo Championship, World Championship, Asian Championship, and Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games or IMAG.
00:37Aside from this, Tacontiana also distributed to PTV Sports, which is the most targeted by their federation, to look for new generations of Filipino Samboists
00:46using their expanded grassroots program throughout the Philippines.
00:51We will continue our grassroots program that we started, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
00:59We started last year, December, in Davao City, and maybe here in Tagaytay, in Baguio, in Benguet, in Visayas, in Cebu, and in Dumaguete.
01:16Those are our plans.
01:20And in Mindanao, this March, we will have a part 2, a continuation of what we started.
01:31And our grassroots is very effective because most of our athletes are from the province.
