00:07I am very happy that I am a part of this movement.

00:29We all know Swami Vivekananda.

00:34He was one of the great sages of Mother India

00:39who played a major role in bringing India's ancient spiritual culture to the global stage.

00:56Swami Vivekananda did the same in the last century.

01:16Through the Chicago Summit of 1893, he told the world what India is,

01:28what India's spiritual and cultural heritage is.

01:34And he also gave the youth of the country a new inspiration to make India a better place along with its heritage and modern development.

01:48Swami Vivekananda used to say,

01:53The bigger the challenge, the greater the victory.

02:03And remembering this can be an inspiration for the youth even today.

02:09Often we run away when we see a challenge.

02:16And we take the path of escape.

02:21A young sanyasi of this country is calling upon the people of this country,

02:28when this country was a slave,

02:32that no, don't run away from the challenge,

02:35fight it.

02:38The bigger the challenge, the greater the victory.

02:44And this is what Swami Vivekananda used to say for the youth of the country.

02:49To feel proud of your spiritual and cultural heritage,

02:55but not to deprive yourself of modern knowledge and science.

03:02There should be a better harmony between them.

03:06India's saintly heritage,

03:11India's knowledge and science heritage,

03:16was brought to the heights,

03:19which can lead the world even beyond science,

03:24standing on a higher platform than that.

03:33And this was Swami Vivekananda's inspiration.

03:38Swami Vivekananda's inspiration,

03:42in the movement for the freedom of the country,

03:45and even after freedom,

03:48for every youth, for every Indian,

03:53there is a new ideal,

03:56there is a new inspiration,

03:59and with that inspiration,

04:03on the occasion of the national festival,

04:06with the inspiration of the Prime Minister,

04:09a program was held.

04:11I am happy that the team of 63 youth from Uttar Pradesh

04:16also went to participate in the national festival.

04:20And I am also happy about the fact that

04:25I had sent them from here to the Prime Minister's residence,

04:30and 3 out of 7 gold medals were won by the team of Uttar Pradesh.

04:39Our youth of Uttar Pradesh

04:42is making use of their talent today.

04:45This is the same youth

04:47who faced a time of identity crisis.

04:54Without the youth,

04:56there is no culture,

04:58no society,

05:00and no nation.
