00:00Well, just a word about these youngsters, two of these youngsters, Werner and David.
00:04The most important thing is to stick with the team they've got now, with the 13, 14, 15 players, and build around that.
00:11That's what I had when I grew up. In the Pro TSI, Graham Smith backed me.
00:15I wasn't always consistent in the first few years, and he stuck with me.
00:19And then finally, the team reaped the rewards from me becoming more consistent.
00:24And there are quite a few other examples like that. Ashim Amla, Dale Stein, the list goes on.
00:29He could easily have dropped those players because they were inconsistent early on,
00:32but they stuck with the team, they believed in what they had, and I feel the Pro TSI need to do the same now.
00:36They have a very special group of players together. Stick with the guys.
00:39It's going to be inconsistent at times, but just stick with them. That's what I feel.
00:43The youngsters like Beddingham. Love what I see there.
00:46I think he still needs to work a little bit on the hard hands he's got.
00:49He comes too hard at the ball, I feel, at good deliveries.
00:52He needs to be a bit more decisive and better with his shot selection.
00:56But when he gets going, it's very difficult to stop and beautiful on the eyes to watch.
