I strongly condemn the Tamil Nadu government, particularly the Dravida

modern DMK governments, in rejecting or not cooperating with the central

government, particularly the railway. In Madurai-Tutukurin, the railway line, the

minister Mr. Ashwini Vaishnav very clearly says that the Tamil Nadu government

has not cooperated and it has not given the land which is required for this

particular project. While the project has already started, more than 18

kilometers of lane has been already laid. Now the government says, the state

government says that the project is not needed. This is highly condemnable

because Madurai-Tutukurin line is very essential because we have a largest

port next to Chennai in Tutukurin. Now all business activities, cargo

activities are happening in this sector. So what is the reason for

rejecting this? What is the reason for not cooperating this? When the central

government is coming forward to invest so much of money in that sector, why is

that the Tamil Nadu government is rejecting this offer? We strongly condemn

the Dravida modern DMK government for this issue and I demand that the state

government should immediately come out very clear on this and say that it has

actually backstabbed the Tamil Nadu. They are not bothered about the
