01:04In the last assembly session that was held in Belgaum, D. K. Shukumar has clearly expressed,
01:15he has openly expressed, once upon a time as Swamiji had advised D. K. Shukumar, in

01:30He has openly expressed on the floor of the house, but today when you see day by day dinner
01:39politics within the ruling Congress party, every day dinner politics is going on.
01:45Satyajit R. Koli minister had organised dinner for our selected few MLA's and ministers.
01:52Day first today, G. Parameshwar, he wanted to have a dinner meeting, but D. K. Shukumar
01:57exerted all the power, all the pressure from the Congress high command and he ensured that
02:04dinner meeting got cancelled.
02:06But I don't think this is going to stop because D. K. Shukumar desperately, he wants to occupy
02:13the Chief Minister's post, Sidh Ramayya, he is not willing to give away Chief Minister's
02:19seat to D. K. Shukumarji.
02:21So I feel people of Karnataka are witnessing more and more infighting, more dinner meeting
02:29within the ruling Congress party.
02:31It has already affected, see firstly, in last two years there is no development within the
02:38state of Karnataka.
02:39After Sidh Ramayya became Chief Minister, after Congress party has come to power, where
02:44is development work?
02:47No development work.
02:49No MLA.
02:50MLA's are fighting with Chief Minister Sidh Ramayya for development funds.
02:53Chief Minister Sidh Ramayya is unable to give funds to the, for the MLA's because he has
02:59struck between guarantees and development funds.
03:03So there is no money for Sidh Ramayya to give to development works.
03:08Yesterday, six Naxals have surrendered, but no weapons have been shown that they are surrendering.
03:15See Bharatiya Janata Party, we don't oppose the surrender of the Naxals, but here, what
03:23was the necessity for Chief Minister to invite him, invite all the Naxals to his house or
03:29to his office?
03:30What was the necessity?
03:31And where were the weapons?
03:34Even today, police are not able to confiscate those weapons.
03:40So I really don't understand what is happening.
03:43I feel it is only a pure drama, shared drama, that has happened in the surrender of the
03:48Naxals.
03:49Sir, how do you feel looking at the funds which are being kept for the Twin Tunnel which
03:53is being planned by the government, do you think it is again a money?
03:56See, MLA's within the ruling party are also opposed to this tunnel road.
04:02I think only DK Shukla is more interested in this tunnel road, because wherever else,
04:09entire Karnataka is under great distress.
04:11MLA's are suffering for lack of funds, but DK Shukla is only interested in the tunnel
04:17road which is being planned by the MLA's also, I am sure, the days to come they will oppose
04:21this more.
04:27See, there is no proper discussion, there is no scientific approach for such a huge
04:33project.
04:34It cannot be only DK Shukla's decision.
04:39And when state government is already on the verge of bankrupt, what is the necessity of
04:45getting more and more funds, thousands of, they are going to borrow loans for this, more
04:50than 2,000 crores, and the project itself is more than 50,000 crores.
04:55So there is no proper planning, there is no scientific approach.
