L'Oréal unveils its Cell BioPrint technology at CES 2025, offering a futuristic approach to skincare. The portable device provides a detailed skin analysis in five minutes, the company says, powered by technology available via a partnership with Korean startup NanoEnTek. The L'Oréal Cell BioPrint works by analyzing biomarkers in the skin, revealing information such as biological age, ingredient responsiveness, and potential future skin issues. A small skin sample is collected via a facial tape strip, processed using a microfluidic lab-on-a-chip cartridge, and analyzed for key biomarkers related to skin aging, a process demonstrated at CES.
