04:03Because of which, they came to Delhi and in Delhi's university, Delhi's centre's university,
04:08centre's college or centre's departments, whether it is NDMC or DDA, the youth of Rajasthan's
04:15caste society have the right in all of these.
04:18But in Delhi, Delhi's caste society is excluded because they have not yet added them in the
04:24list of centres.
