00:04and I'm sure very soon he'll be backing top-level football.

00:07It's been 20 months, I think 20 months of a good rest,

00:36a good break, and you can imagine in that time he speaks to lots of people.

00:39But it was important that I think I chose the right option for me at the right time,

00:44and as soon as I spoke to this club it just felt right for me.

01:00I think I'm a better person now for the experience, a better coach for the experience,

01:04and well-rested, 12 years of non-stop being a football coach across three different countries,

01:11climbing from the fourth tier to the last eight of the Champions League doesn't come for free.

01:27Brighton are a club, going back to when Gus Poggi was there,

01:31and that was their way of walking, that was their style, and he's implemented his style very, very well.

01:37So yeah, I'm a bigger man of his world.

01:40He's done an excellent job, and it's always a tough game when we play against them.
