00:07We often hear that advice from someone who has gone through it.

00:11But that is also the belief of some insects in the jungle.

00:14That's why while they are still alive, they do everything to become more powerful.

00:19Here is the story of Amazing No. 5.

00:21Life is tied to love.

00:25Being a bird is the easiest form of love.

00:30That is the mission of Queen Asian Paper Wasp in the South Korean jungle.

00:35Her job is heavy.

00:37She has a lot of plot twists.

00:39First, she has to build a house.

00:42It is made of plant fiber.

00:44Next, she will lay eggs.

00:48She keeps these closed.

00:51If it is hot, it needs to be kept dry.

00:56Oh no, it's raining.

00:58It is easy to damage her house.

01:01But her mother has a solution.

01:05She sifted the water from the roots and the soil.

01:10While the larvae are growing,

01:12her mother feeds them twice as much.

01:17Their favorite is the caterpillar.

01:22But while she is away, someone came to her house.

01:26It's a cockroach.

01:28They attacked the larvae that have no enemies.

01:32But they have a weapon.

01:35Acid.

01:37But it is not enough to defeat the enemy.

01:43When her mother came back, she had almost no babies left.

01:48She ate them one by one.

01:51She has a different plan.

01:54The dead larvae should not be wasted.

01:58She will feed them to the survivors.

02:02When the larvae are ready to transform,

02:04they make silk to form their own cocoon.

02:10It won't take long.

02:12The first generation of workers will emerge.

02:16They will serve their queen

02:18who will lay eggs again.

02:21Fertile male and female wasps will come from this batch.

02:26The larvae have food supply from the workers.

02:30Meanwhile, Reina's journey is over.

02:35She is dead.

02:36But she left a lot of larvae.

02:40Only the big female wasps will survive this winter.

02:45And the new family will start again.

02:50Insects make a huge sacrifice.
