01:11This is a big injustice to the brothers and sisters of the Jat community of Delhi.

01:24Four times in the last ten years, the Prime Minister has called his home,
01:31and Amit Shah has given assurance to the leaders of the Jat community,
01:35has given trust, has given promise, has given guarantee,
01:39that the Jat community of Delhi will be put in the OBC list of the central government.
01:46On 26th March, 2015, the Prime Minister Modi Ji,
01:51has called the representatives of the Jat community of Delhi to his home,
01:54and has promised that the Jat community of Delhi will be included in the OBC list of the central government.

02:06On 8th February, 2017,
02:10Amit Shah Ji, before the UP elections,
02:13at the home of Chaudhary Virender Singh,
02:16has again promised the Jat leaders of Delhi and the rest of the country,
02:19that the Jat community of Delhi will be included in the OBC list of the central government.
02:24He still did not do it.
02:27Before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections,
02:31Amit Shah met the Jat leaders at the house of Pravesh Verma in Delhi.
02:36He again promised that the Jat community of Delhi will be included in the OBC list of the central government.
02:41He again cheated, and again did not do it.
02:44In 2022, Amit Shah Ji met hundreds of Jat leaders in Delhi,
02:50and promised, and again cheated.
02:53So, in the last 10 years, four times, three times,
02:56the Home Minister of Delhi and the Prime Minister of the country,
03:00have called the entire Jat community and said,
03:03if the Prime Minister and the Home Minister lie,
03:06if the Prime Minister and the Home Minister do not fulfil their promises,
03:11if the Prime Minister and the Home Minister remember the Jats only before the elections,
03:17you see, before every election, they call the Jat community,
03:20and say, vote this time, vote this time, we will do it next time,
03:24and never do it. Never do it.
03:27If the Prime Minister and the Home Minister lie like this,
03:30if they lie, then nothing will be left in the country.
03:33Then what will be left? To whom should we go after this?
03:36Now, this is a very interesting thing, as I said,
03:39that in Delhi Police, the Jat community of Rajasthan gets a reservation,
03:44the Jat community of Delhi does not.
03:47In NDMC, in DDA, in Safdarjung Hospital, in All India Medical,
03:52the Jat community of Rajasthan gets a reservation,
03:55the Jat community of Delhi does not.
03:57In NDMC, the Delhi people do not get a reservation,
04:00the outsiders get it. Why is that?
04:03So, yesterday I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister,
04:06the copy of that letter will be distributed to all of you.
04:09I reminded the Prime Minister of his promises,
04:12his and Amit Shah's promises,
04:14that you fulfil this promise,
04:16and the Jat community has been deceived.
04:19Along with the Jat community, there are five other castes,
04:23which are in Delhi's state list,
04:26these are Rawat, Raniyar, Raitavar, Charan and Odh.
04:32They also do not get a reservation in Delhi's central government institutions.
04:39These are also in Delhi's OBC list, not in the central OBC list.
04:43So, along with the Jat community, these other five castes should also be included in it,
04:48so that the youth of these castes also get the right opportunity in education and employment,
04:54also in the central government institutions.
04:57There are seven universities of the central government in Delhi.
