00:00This is the first time for all of us, as I said during my speech today.

00:10There are many of us who have been members of this house before, but the Jammu and Kashmir

00:19state is a different system today.

00:22We need to understand how we should work in this system, what are the rights of the Assembly

00:32and what will be the procedures in this new system.

00:35The Honourable Speaker has set up an orientation program and the Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha

00:43has come to participate in this.

00:46I hope the Honourable Members' experience will be beneficial.

00:51The Honourable MLA's will be able to represent the people in the upcoming session in a better way.

01:00The focus of the India Alliance in the Delhi election is that the AAP is getting more support

01:04and the Congress is not getting it. How do you see this?

01:07I can't say anything about this right now because it has nothing to do with the Delhi elections.

01:17The AAP, Congress and the political parties on the ground should decide how the BJP can be

01:26competed with in the best way possible.

01:30The AAP has been successful twice before.

01:34We will have to wait and see what the people of Delhi decide this time.

01:38The RGD leader says that the Alliance was only for the Lok Sabha elections.

01:42As far as I remember, there was no time limit on this.

01:47Unfortunately, there is no clarity on this because there is no meeting of the India bloc.

01:54There is no clarity about the leadership, the agenda and whether we will be there or not.

02:01After the Delhi elections, it will be good if all the members of the India bloc are called.

02:09There should be clarity on this.

02:10If this was only for the parliament elections, then wind up this.

02:14Then we will do our work separately.

02:16If this is for the assembly after the parliament elections, then we will have to work together.
